Submitting an inquiry or booking a tour does not reserve a space, guarantee availability, or create an enrollment agreement. Availability, tuition, fees, and program details are subject to change and are confirmed in writing at enrollment. Enrollment is governed by our separate enrollment agreement and by applicable Nevada licensing requirements.

4. SMS Messaging Terms

Program description. Our forms include two separate, optional consent boxes. If you provide your mobile number and check the Non-Marketing Opt-in box, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Kids Are Us Academy, such as appointment reminders and confirmations, service confirmations, account notifications, customer support messages, and information related to services you have requested. If you check the Marketing Opt-in box, you agree to receive marketing and promotional text messages from Kids Are Us Academy, such as special offers, discounts, announcements, and updates. You may check either box, both, or neither.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and your interactions with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier may.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages after that.

Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of enrollment in any program.

Age requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

5. Email Communications

If you give us your email address, we may send you messages about your inquiry, your scheduled tour, and our programs and availability. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. We will still send you messages needed to respond to an active inquiry or booking.
